Regenified Certified

As Colorado’s only Tier 3 Regenified Certified malthouse, we’re committed to farming with intention and conserving water. Our regenerative work protects Colorado’s agricultural future and elevates the malt we craft for our beverage community and beyond.

climate smart agriculture

Through satellite imagery and long-term soil monitoring, Root Shoot measures how much carbon our fields can hold, currently around 85% of the soil’s capacity. Compared with emissions from fertilizer, fuel, and irrigation, our farm stores more carbon than is released, creating real benefits from field to malt and into the beverages you craft.
