Return & Refund policy
We want you to love everything you purchase from Root Shoot. If you purchased a product directly from our shop and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product.
Shipping policy
We’re excited to get some Root Shoot gear your way! Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and shipping, though busy seasons may push that to a week. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships. We’re a farm and malthouse first, so thanks for your patience. Questions? Give us a shout!
